The pace at the new Staycity HQ fit-out has resulted in some amazing progress over the last few weeks. Handover of phase one of this amazing project is expected at the end of the week. Bespoke joinery throughout, with exposed original brick and ductwork, lends the offices a thoroughly modern yet semi industrial vibe.
The installation included a custom AHU with new Daikin VRV units to the roof, full AC, ductwork and ventilation, a number of split systems, plumbing to numerous break out areas, kitchens along with toilets/showers. Phase two continues with a handover expected next month.
