The World Famous Titanic Hotel Belfast - completed works by Alpha Mechanical.
The transformation of the legendary Harland & Wolff headquarters and spectacular Drawing offices is now complete. The Titanic Hotel in Belfast is open and here we can reveal the first photos of the historic works completed by Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd.
The project by Alpha Mechanical consisted of a full design and build of the mechanical install, with air conditioning, water services and ventilation to all 119 rooms, the drawing rooms, bars, meeting rooms and associated areas of the grade 'A' listed building. Alpha Mechanical are proud to have been part of this transformation of the legendary Harland & Wolff headquarters where the 'Titanic' was designed and built into the world's most authentic Titanic hotel.
As a listed building all redevelopment works were completed in such a manner as to maintain the building’s character and appearance, and safeguard its special architectural interest. Certain areas called for specially designed ventilation and M&E installations.
