Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd recently completed the PUMA outlet in the Kildare Village, Kildare. PUMA is one of the world’s leading sports brands, designing, developing, selling and marketing footwear, apparel and accessories. Kildare Village is one of the Collection of nine The Bicester Village Shopping Collection Villages by Value Retail.

The Puma outlet is a cutting edge retail store with a bespoke black interior and vaulted ceilings. The works by Alpha Mechanical included a full HVAC solution to the premises including ceiling cassettes, under ceiling units, hidden ductwork and linear grills throughout designed to be minimally invasive and gel with the modern interior layout and design.

The Castleknock Hotel - €7M Refurbishment & Expansion.

Alpha Mechanical Ltd were chosen to complete the HVAC installation at the €7 Million refurbishment and expansion plan at the Castleknock Hotel and Country Club in West Dublin. 
The development will increase room capacity at the four star venue by 46 to 190. The additional 46 rooms planned as part of the development will comprise 38 standard, five superior and three deluxe rooms.

As part of the expansion plan, the day spa – previously located on the first floor of the hotel – was moved to the ground floor, with the addition of a new aerobics suite and five new treatment rooms. The new day spa and leisure centre will have its own entrance, as well as being accessible from the hotel. The installation included a new Air Handling Unit to the roof along with new AC, ductwork and ventilation to the 46 rooms. Also included were a number of split systems too the premises, water services, plumbing to multiple toilet cores and numerous other works onsite. All works were completed by Alpha Mechanical to ensure the minimal disruption to guests and patrons onsite.

Amazing progress at the awesome Staycity fit-out.

The pace at the new Staycity HQ fit-out has resulted in some amazing progress over the last few weeks. Handover of phase one of this amazing project is expected at the end of the week. Bespoke joinery throughout, with exposed original brick and ductwork, lends the offices a thoroughly modern yet semi industrial vibe.

The installation included a custom AHU with new Daikin VRV units to the roof, full AC, ductwork and ventilation, a number of split systems, plumbing to numerous break out areas, kitchens along with toilets/showers. Phase two continues with a handover expected next month.

Smartbox - Award Winning Design

Smartbox offices are located off Talbot Street in central Dublin in what was once a derelict building, shortlisted for multiple awards the Smartbox fit-out in collaboration with T&I is an example of colourful, vibrant and modern design.

 

Alpha Mechanical Ltd recently completed phase 2 of the 3 phase HVAC installation and refit at Smartbox. The installation included a custom AHU with new AC, ductwork and ventilation, a number of split systems, plumbing to numerous break out areas, micro kitchens along with toilet cores to each floor and other works.

Smartbox Group operates 9 experience gifting brands in 10 European countries, including Buyagift and Red Letter Days in the UK.

The entire building is being fitted out over three phases for Smartbox, comprising of open plan offices with workstations, meeting rooms, breakout space, micro-kitchens, bathrooms, support services on the upper floors and hospitality and social facilities on the ground floor, comprising of changing/shower facilities, games rooms, mother and baby rooms, well being rooms, full restaurant facilities and relaxation areas.
